Control & Compliance
Kayloo Control™ is designed to provide deterministic control over externally effective operations proposed by autonomous systems.
The platform is built for environments where AI agents, robots, and automated systems must not directly create authority on their own.
Control Before Action
Kayloo Control separates machine generation from machine authority.
A proposed action, decision, or instruction is first subjected to deterministic control processing before authority can emerge.
Modules
- Agents — software and AI-based autonomous systems
- Robots — robotic and machine-operated autonomous systems
Deterministic Authority Model
Authority is not produced by probabilistic output alone.
Authority emerges only after deterministic qualification, control-plane recording, and evidence-backed transition formation.
Evidence and Anchoring
Authority-relevant transitions are recorded in append-only ledgers and cryptographically anchored using Merkle commitments.
Each control event may produce:
- authority artifacts
- transition ledger entries
- cryptographic signatures
- Merkle inclusion proofs
- anchor references
Independent Verification
Kayloo Control supports independent verification of transition integrity, anchor integrity, and inclusion proofs.
This helps support enterprise governance, regulator review, and machine-to-machine trust.
Compliance Alignment
The Kayloo Control architecture is designed to support environments with strong auditability, control, and traceability requirements, including:
- EU AI Act governance and traceability expectations
- ISO 27001 control environments
- ISO 42001 AI governance programmes
- SOC 2 integrity and control requirements
Why This Matters
Autonomous systems are increasingly capable of producing actions with real-world consequences.
Kayloo Control ensures those operations remain governed, deterministic, evidence-backed, and independently verifiable.
