Service Description

Kayloo Control provides a governance platform for deterministic authority control and verification of automated computing decisions.

Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

Acceptable Use

• Users may not use the service to violate laws
• Users may not attempt unauthorised system access
• Users may not disrupt service operation

Payments

Subscription payments are processed through Paddle.com acting as Merchant of Record.

Liability

Norcrest Technologies liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer during the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
